Context
This project with Nike was in junction with the Toronto Pro-Am, where as a team, we worked closely to bridge two creative departments and create unity between both brand identities. Our challenge was to unify the TPA's growing individual image with Nike's strong brand heritage. We implemented elements of both brand books while adopting and assimilating parts of each into one another. Production began by creating Swoosh familiar content for both Nike and the TPA's social media channels, which developed into photoshoots and merchandise design under the Nike Toronto moniker. In many eyes, this partnership was the heart of the Toronto Pro-Am, and is what turned a dream surrounding Toronto basketball, back into a reality that the city hadn't felt in over half a decade.
Contribution
I built the creative direction of the Toronto Pro-Am from the ground up. Directing end to end digital production, shaping visual identity, and building the foundational blocks of a brand that collabroated with already established sports juggernauts. I got my hands dirty and created graphics, printed imagry and shot content, while building a brand identity behind the scenes.

Joining parties
Bringing together Nike and the NBA
Low-fidelity wireframes were used to plan branding elements between 3 pre-existing channels. We blanced our own branding with the design elements of Nike and the NBA ensuring that all parties were unified without disrupting any brand imagery.

Engagement
By directing digital production, we were able to gather 2.5M+ impressions in 5 weeks across accumulated channels. By implementing a live-event deadline approach we were able to produce most of these impressions on game days within 48 hours of posting.
